Fund title: Guinness EIS

Overview

*Rebate - Total 1.5% - Exclusive offer - The Guinness initial charge is 3%.  However, WealthMe clients will recieve a 1.5% reduction from this initial charge.

WealthMe arrangement fee is 1%. Therefore, 1% of the WealthMe Arrangement Fee is paid by the product provider from their Initial Charge.

Example of a £100,000 investment:

The Initial fee for non-advised investors is reduced from 3% to 1.5% as a special rate for WealthMe clients. This is effectively a 1.5% discount / ‘rebate’. Guinness Ventures charge the majority of fees to the underlying companies allowing for the full subscription, less initial charge (£98,500.00), to be invested into EIS qualifying companies.

From the 1.5% initial fee, 1% is paid to WealthMe as commission - ie £1,000 to cover WealthMe arrangement fee.
