We now have our Jenson SEIS 2023-2024 Tranche 1 open that will be looking to close early in the 2023/24 tax year, allowing carry back to the 2022-2023 tax year. The Fund will be looking to raise £2m and invest in potentially 20 existing portfolio companies that qualify for the SEIS under the new rules. The Jenson SEIS Fund will boost funding by £100,000 to those existing portfolio companies that qualify for SEIS under the new Government rules in place from April 2023. I have attached a copy of the SEIS Look Book that provides details of the Fund and the potential companies we will be looking to invest into.
