How to apply for this ITS

  3. Write a cheque made payable to the provider. Post it along with the completed documents and two valid forms of ID, to: WealthMe, PO Box 362, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 5BH.

Table heading explanations:

  • Initial Charge: Initial charges are up front charges applied by the product provider on your investment.
  • Initial Rebate: This is the amount that WealthMe is rebating back to your investment in form of extra shares or a reduction on the providers initial charges. It may also include loyalty bonus and/or early bird discount, which are paid out of your products Initial Charges. This amount will be pre-WealthMe arrangement fee.
  • WealthMe Arrangement fee: Our arrangement fee can be paid separately by you or from your investment by the product provider. If you decide not to pay us separately then please be aware that your Initial Rebate will be reduced accordingly.
  • Our Fee: All the products we offer in our ITS section, we charge a 1% initial arrangement fee for all investments below £100,000 and a 0.75% initial arrangement fee for all investments above £100,000.
  • PLUS if the product provider pays any annual trail commission, usually at a rate of 0.5% of the value of the investment. Any trail commission we receive will be paid to the recipient in January based on the amount received in the previous year subject to a 0.1% administration fee or a minimum fee of £25 pa, which ever is greater. All initial and trail rebates will be paid net of basic rate tax and are to be treated as taxable income by the recipient as stipulated by HMRC.

Example of WealthMe Arrangement fee:

  • If you invest £10,000, our fee will be 1%, therefore the monetary amount will be £100. 
  • If you invest £100,000, our fee will be 0.75%, therefore the monetary amount will be £750.
